When will my order ship?

The majority of orders received Monday through Friday by 3 p.m. CST will be processed the next business day and will ship within one to three business days. Orders received after 3 p.m. CST, on weekends or on holidays will be processed within the next two business days, and items will ship within three to four business days after being processed.

Extended lead times may exist for some products and are indicated on the specific product page when applicable. All orders are subject to product availability.

If you place an order during UNITY Tactical’s Independence Day online sale, increased volumes can impact our ability to process and ship orders in the aforementioned window of three business days. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee our standard lead time when an order is placed during the sale.

Do you offer same day shipping?

Currently, UNITY Tactical does not offer same day shipping. All orders, regardless of shipping method, will ship within one to three business days after being processed and will then follow the shipping method selected by the customer.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a standard ground shipping rate of $9.99 for online orders. All applicable orders ship via FedEx Two-Day Express. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes must ship through the USPS. All orders shipping to APO/FPO/DPO must ship via USPS Priority Mail Military.

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

Yes! We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail Military. We estimate seven to 14 days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take longer.

Do you ship to international addresses?

No. We ship to addresses and P.O. Boxes within the United States, to military addresses and to U.S. territories. If you are shipping to an APO/FPO/DPO address and encounter any issues, please email us at info[at]unitytactical[dot]com for support.

Do you ship to freight forwarders?

In recent years we have seen a significant increase in fraudulent orders. As such, we will not ship to freight forwarders. If you live abroad and are interested in purchasing our products, please visit our Authorized Dealers page for a list of our sales agents in your area.
