Our return policy ONLY applies to orders placed on UNITYtactical.com. For items purchased through dealers, please contact them for their specific return policy. Items purchased through Amazon should be returned through Amazon’s returns center.
If you are not satisfied with your UNITY Tactical purchase, you may return it within 60 days of receipt of shipment. Returned items must be received by UNITY within 60 days of the date your shipment was originally received. The item must be unused and in its original/new condition.
How to Submit a Return

Email info[at]unitytactical[dot]com to request a return. Include your order number and the name used for the purchase in your email.

If you meet the return criteria listed above, you will be provided with either a ticket number or an RMA number to include with your return shipment.

ALL returns will require either at ticket number or an RMA number. UNITY Tactical is not responsible for ANY items returned without either a ticket number or an RMA number and proper documentation.
Additional Return Information
- Please allow 5-10 business days from the time the item is received at UNITY Tactical to process a refund. Timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.
- The return value is determined by the product amount listed on your sales receipt. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
- Your refund will be in the form of your original method of payment.
- You are responsible for shipping cost to return the item unless it was our error. We strongly suggest that you obtain a tracking number from the shipping carrier when making your return.
- We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via UNITYtactical.com.
